英文中對麵包的詞彙有許許多多的種類, 我想這跟文化有密切的關係, 他們太愛吃麵包了 :-)
以 muffin 這個字來說, 查了二個線上英文字典都中文字都是 " 鬆餅", 但實際了解它們應該是指 "瑪芬蛋糕"
字典與實用還是存在一定的距離 :-)
在英國的時候吃過一次 "scone" 真的好吃, 外面像
