no nation no earth should be allowed to interfere with America's "manifest destiny to overspread the continent allotted by the Providence for the free development of our yearly multiplying millions."
地球上沒有國家應該干涉美國在上蒼所賜的大陸上擴展, 特別是為了每年增加的數百萬人的自由發展, 這是美國「明顯的命運」 。

manifesto : 宣言

interfere : to deliberately get involved in a situation where you are not wanted or needed [= meddle]
　　deliberately : done in a way that is intended or planned [= on purpose, intentionally]

continent : a large mass of land surrounded by sea

allot : to use a particular amount of time for something, or give a particular share of money, space etc to someone or something (分配[如股份])

Providence : a force which is believed by some people to control what happens in our lives and to protect us
